All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging. Shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout based on items and shipping location.

As a general rule, all sales are final as each order placed is custom made for each customer after the order is received. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size, different color, or “buyer’s remorse” as we do not have a warehouse or keep an inventory, therefore we, unfortunately, do not accept returns or issue refunds for those issues. However, if there is a defect with the order (misprinted and/or damaged) we will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email (contact@rickwadedesigns.com) within 14 days after the product has been received.
Returns by Customer – It is best to first contact (shop@vstudio-fashion.de) before returning any product. This is because the return address on your invoice is of the Fulfillment facility and they do not offer any refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or for size exchanges as each order is custom made for each customer. Therefore, a new order would need to be placed for an updated size. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please note that you will be liable for the cost of returns.
Customs fees – Depending on your order destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.
Shipping times
We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. To estimate when you get your order, add our fulfillment time to the shipping time. Due to Covid-19 our fulfillment and shipping times may also be longer.
